AJINOMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION (“APC”) and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and content on this Website and all such rights are reserved, except for content exclusively owned by you, which you contributed, uploaded, or shared on this Website.

You are granted a limited license only for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this Website, subject to the responsibilities and restrictions provided in the next section.

Resolution of any claim or dispute arising from the use of this Website or breach of these Terms shall be brought before the proper court of Makati City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts.
